1. Introduction and Agreement

5. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the qg333 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals. qg333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. Please check with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

qg333 does not offer credit to players. All bets and wagers must be funded from the available balance in your qg333 wallet at the time the bet is placed. Bets placed using unavailable or pending funds may be voided at qg333's discretion.

7. Responsible Gaming and Account Controls

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qg333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical failures outside qg333's control, delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider, losses arising from your failure to comply with these T&C, interruptions to service caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks), or any claims by third parties arising from your conduct on the platform.

qg333 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available continuously without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that it will meet your individual requirements. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While qg333 takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform security and integrity, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from unauthorised access attempts or that any security breach will not occur. Players use the platform at their own risk in this regard.
